Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product after you've received it. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return anymore.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must also still be in its original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or refunds are refused:- Any item that is not in its original condition or has been damaged.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of returning the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind or an ordering error, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing your purchase to ensure you are happy with your selections.
Returns for Damaged or Faulty Items:If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Damaged or defective items will be replaced, the customer will not be required to pay return shipping costs.
Exchange
We do not offer exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have ordered the wrong item, you may return it within 30 days and place a new order for the desired product. For further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team.
Once we have approved the return, your refund will be processed, and a refund will be automatically issued to your account within 14 days.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. This means you can return eligible products without worrying about additional deductions from your refund, provided they meet the return conditions outlined in our policy.
If you have not yet received a refund, check first with your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially transferred.
